1.1) We collect personal information for a number of reasons.
 a) Billing details.
 b) Statistical analysis.
 c) Specific data for specific research.
 d) Data collected for long term research projects.
 e) market research the isn't included in section c above.

1.2) We only collect information in lawful ways
 a) Either you give us the information directly
 b) The data is given to us as a collection of data for a specific research project

1.3) If the reasons we ask for the data are not obvious, we attempt to
 provide the reasons we are asking for the information.

2.1) We will only disclose personal data to other parties if:
 a) there is a legal reason to do so.
 b) The data was given to us for the purpose of disclosing it to a third party.
 c) The data is consolidated or summarized to remove identifying details.

We endeavor to ensure that the accuracy of the data we collect is up to the

4.1) We keep personal data protected in accordance with best practices including:

5.1) We hope to make our privacy policy clear to those people whom
are effected by our data collection.
5.2) We will provide information about the types of data we collect
in relation to specific projects should we be asked.  We will not
disclose the specific data collected but we will only describe the
type of data we collect.
6) Access and Correction
6.1) If a person feels the personal information that we hold is incorrect we
welcome the opportunity to correct that information.
6.2) We may get corrections from our clients
7) Identifiers
We do not use Government issued numbers as identifiers of people.

8) Anonymity
We try to avoid keeping any tracking info when we claim we are collecting
anonymous data.

9) International Transfer of Data
We only transfer data between countries when it is fully under our control.
With collections of personal data gathered from several countries, we will
protect the data according to the stricter set of rules governing the data
We protect the data in countries other than were it was collected with the
same controls as the most restrictive country.

10) Sensitive Information
We only collect sensitive information about people in relation to
a specific purposes where that data is essential to the project.

11) Market Research
We only collect and use data for market research according to the
guidelines of the Australian Marketing Institute and TheAustralian
Market & Social Research Society.
